Weekly Classes at Stirchley Baths
We have everything you need to get started on your yoga journey. All equipment is provided, just turn up a few minutes before the start of your class wearing comfortable clothes and we’ll take care of the rest.
60 minutes of flowing, energising Ashtanga Yoga all about balancing strength with flexibility and building heat in the body. Ashtanga has a set sequence of postures to build up to over time. Finish with a 15 minute power down. Breathing exercises and a guided relaxation, setting you up for a focused and productive week.
A flowing class set to chilled tunes. It’s all about the yoga basics here, whether you are new to yoga or you are looking for a simple sequence to balance and recharge, this class is suitable for all with a basic level of fitness and good mobility.

Where are classes held?
Our weekly classes are held at Stirchley Baths, all venue information can be found by clicking here. On the day of your class the receptionist at Stirchley Baths will be there to greet you at the desk next to the main entrance. If you haven't been before they will be able to direct you to the space where the class will be held. The teacher will be there before class to sort out your online check-in and have a quick chat before class starts.
What shall I wear?
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable and able to move in, for example shorts, leggings or joggers. Comfort is the most important thing here, Stirchley Baths has a space to change in if you prefer.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive around 5-10 minutes before class starts so that you can get set up and we can start on time. This will also give you a chance to speak to the teacher before class starts if it’s your first class and to sign in.
How can I book for class?
Booking is online via our dedicated online booking service, Punchpass. This way your space is guaranteed and you can concentrate on enjoying the class. You can manage bookings easily via your account or follow the links to book via this website. These classes can be booked with a drop-in rate or a five-class pass which can be used for any of the classes. There are also monthly subscriptions on offer.
Which class is suitable for beginners?
The most suitable beginners class is Thursday 8pm ENERGISE Yoga Flow as it is the most gentle and slow so there is more time for instruction. Get in touch to find out more about yoga as a beginner and to see if you are suitable for any of the other classes.
I love yoga with Ella. I have been practicing ashtanga weekly for 21 months with her. Since starting ashtanga the strength and flexibility of my body has improved drastically. At first I found the class challenging but as the weeks past I was amazed at how much I was improving. Regular practice at the start of week has also help me feel prepared, relaxed and less stressed for the week ahead. I really enjoy the relaxation at the end of the class as I feel it’s well deserved. Ella is a fun, energetic and patient teacher. All her classes are extremely enjoyable.
