Terms & Conditions

Class Bookings:

  • When booking a class your space can only be confirmed once full payment has been received online and added to your account with Punchpass. We have our own dedicated booking page via this platform which uses Stripe to take payment securely.

  • You can book onto a class online via Punchpass using your email address and login.

  • Weekly classes can be booked by purchasing a drop-in class or a class-pass. See pricing here.

  • Class passes are bulk purchases of 5 classes which are valid for 2 months from purchase date. To ensure your space in class book via Punchpass using the email address you purchased the class pass with.

  • You can cancel class bookings up until 4 hours before class begins. After this time you will loose your drop-in class purchase or the class from the class-pass. Please cancel early to avoid this. 

  • Late cancellation: classes cancelled within 4 hours of class time will not refunded.

  • Class pass refunds: Unused services can be refunded minus a £10 administration fee.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Subscription charges are billed monthly on the same day each month via Punchpass and the card you used to set up payment. 

  • You will be billed the same amount each month regardless of how many classes are availible that month.

  • Classes run every week of the year except the last two weeks of August and two weeks over Christmas/New Year. There are also no classes on Bank Holidays.

  • Subscription fees are based on classes over 48 weeks per year.

  • You must ensure that you book into the class online via Punchpass to ensure your space in class. 

  • If you cannot attend a class you are booked on to, you must cancel online, via email or text.

  • There are a limited number of monthly subscriptions available.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Please try give at least one weeks notice to avoid payment for the following month leaving your account. Cancellation is via email or in class.

  • Refunds: memberships will be refunded for unused services for special circumstances only. The usual £10 cancellation fee will apply.

Course Booking:

  • When booking a course your space can only be confirmed once full payment has been received online.

  • Unused courses can be refunded minus a £10 administration fee before the course start date. Once the course begins no refund can be given.

  • Another Space Yoga reserves the right to cancel any course up to the start time. In this case, a full refund will be given. Cancellation will usually occur 2 weeks before the course start date.

  • If for any reason class must be cancelled, classes will be added on to the end of the course.

Private Yoga Classes:

  • Must be booked and paid for in advance. No refund is offered for cancellations within 24 hours of class time.

Workshop/Event Cancellation:

  • You may cancel a workshop/event/course booking more than 30 days before the event for a full refund minus £10 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the start date, no refund will be offered unless there is a waiting list for the event and your booking can be transferred to another client. In the case of a booking being transferred, a full refund will be offered minus a cancellation fee of £10.

  • Another Space Yoga reserves the right to cancel any event or workshop  up to the start time. In this case, a full refund will be given.

  • Details of classes, workshops, courses and locations are displayed on the website. Please check carefully as some events happen in different locations.
